Duplicate Accounts

A quick guide explaining why multiple accounts are prohibited and how to merge or resolve duplicate accounts.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

At Let’s Bamble, each user is only allowed to have one verified account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

This article explains how we detect and prevent duplicate accounts, and what to do if you accidentally created more than one.

🔹 Why Are Duplicate Accounts Not Allowed?

  • To prevent abuse of welcome bonuses, missions, or reward systems

  • To ensure KYC verification is tied to one unique identity

  • To reduce the risk of fraud, money laundering, or bonus manipulation

  • To maintain a fair and transparent gaming environment for everyone

🔹 How Do We Detect Duplicate Accounts?

Let’s Bamble uses both manual checks and automated tools to detect potential duplicates, such as:

  • Same IP address or device fingerprint

  • Matching personal or KYC information

  • Login attempts from the same device or location

  • Unusual activity patterns or overlapping sessions

⚠️ Creating multiple accounts—even for testing or temporary use—is against our Terms of Use.

🔹 Can I Merge Two Accounts?
If you accidentally created more than one account (e.g., one with email and one with Telegram), do not continue using both.

Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via live chat or email

  2. Mention the email addresses or usernames of both accounts

  3. We will review your request and let you know if a merge is possible

  4. In most cases, only one account will be retained, and the other will be closed permanently

  5. Any duplicate rewards, balances, or bonuses may be voided as part of the merge

Tips to Avoid Duplicate Accounts

  • Always log in using the same method you used to register (email or Telegram)

  • If you can’t access your original account, try the “Forgot password” option or contact support

  • Avoid creating a new account just because you forgot your credentials

🔚 Summary You are only permitted to maintain one Let’s Bamble account per person. If you believe you’ve accidentally created more than one, contact us immediately. Playing fairly and transparently helps us maintain a fun, secure environment for all Bamblers.
