Bet Acceptance Policy

A bet is considered accepted once:

  • You confirm the bet in your betslip

  • The system successfully receives and validates the odds from our provider

  • You receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your bet history

⚠️Bets are not accepted if your balance changes before confirmation, odds change, the event is suspended, or technical issues occur.

Void Bets (Cancelled by System)

A void bet means it has been cancelled after acceptance, and your stake is refunded.

This can happen due to:

  • Match/event being cancelled or abandoned

  • Player not participating in the match (for player-based bets)

  • Incorrect or delayed data from external providers

  • Bets placed on markets that were closed or incorrectly listed

  • Bets placed after the event already started (late bets)

  • Clear technical or pricing errors

🧾 For single bets: stake is refunded.
🧾 For parlays: the voided leg is removed, and the rest of the bet stands.

What Is a “Push”?

A push is when a bet neither wins nor loses, and the stake is refunded. Common examples include:

  • A draw in a "Draw No Bet" market

  • A tie in a handicap market

  • A total points/goals exactly matching the line (e.g. Over/Under 2.0 ends 2–0)

✅ Pushes are automatically settled and the full stake is returned.

Settlement Rules

  • Bets are settled based on official results provided by our data supplier (e.g. Sportradar)

  • For Sports and Esports, settlement usually occurs within a few minutes after the event ends

  • For Virtuals and Horse Racing, settlement is instant once the race/match concludes

  • In rare cases, settlement may be delayed if:

  • The result is unclear or under dispute

  • External provider data is delayed or inconsistent

🕒 If your bet is not settled within 30 minutes, you can contact support to check the status.

Manual Adjustments & Disputes

If a user believes a bet was wrongly settled:

  1. Go to My Bets > Bet History

  2. Or contact support with the bet ID, event name, and issue description

Let’s Bamble may review the bet and re-settle it if an error is confirmed. Final settlement decisions are made based on official data feeds and betting rules.
