Let’s Bamble aims to settle all bets as quickly and accurately as possible using official data feeds from our providers. However, delays or disputes can occasionally occur. This article outlines typical settlement times and how to report an issue if you believe a bet was settled incorrectly.
Standard Settlement Times
🕒 Sports & Esports Betting
Bets are usually settled within 5 to 15 minutes after the event ends
In cases where results are unclear or require manual confirmation, settlement may take longer (up to 1 hour)
🏇 Virtual Sports & Horse Racing
Bets are generally settled instantly once the race or event finishes
🎰 Casino Bets
Settled in real-time upon game completion
🔹 Delays May Occur When:
The official result is disputed or delayed
There is technical interruption in the data feed from our provider
There is unexpected match suspension, postponement, or abandonment
The market requires manual settlement (e.g., custom or rare betting options)
⏳ If your bet remains unsettled for more than 30 minutes after the match ends, we recommend contacting support.
Where to View Settlement Status
To check your bet status:
Go to My Bets from your profile menu
Check the bet under Open, Settled, or Cancelled tabs
If the bet still shows as Open well after the event has concluded, it may be awaiting settlement
Each bet displays:
Event name and outcome
Stake and odds
Settlement result (Won, Lost, Void, Push)
Settlement timestamp
How to Dispute a Settlement
If you believe your bet was settled incorrectly:
Go to My Bets > Settled
Locate the relevant bet and note the Bet ID
Use the in-app Live Chat or email to contact Support
Provide:
Bet ID
Name of the event
Your explanation of the issue
(Optional) Screenshots or external data

Review the bet using official data and logs
Compare the outcome to our betting rules
Manually adjust or uphold the result based on findings
